Each item is made-to-order please allow up to 3-5 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information on the pre-order item. We have a small number of “ready to ship” stock items in each drop. For orders that are In Stock, please allow 2-4 business days for the item to ship. Please check title《Ready to ship》or《Pre-order》when placing an order.
Orders will be received within 3-7 business days for standard shipping within Australia. For express shipping, orders are normally received within 5 business days.
For standard shipping to New Zealand, orders will be received within 8-12 business days between major metro areas.
For standard shipping to US, orders will be received within 8-12 business days between major metro areas.
*Please note If you purchase goods from us for delivery outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and additional charges that may apply please contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders are shipped by Sendle or Australia Post and we’ll send you the tracking number and link as soon as it is available.

Each item is 100% hand-made specifically for the order. We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty (please be aware 100% handmade products may have minor defects however we guarantee it won’t affect the style and shape of clothing). Our team checks every single product carefully and takes pictures of them as a record before shipping.
For changes of mind or incorrect sizes, we unfortunately cannot provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us through the Contact page if you have any other order issues.
If you need to change the address of your order, please provide us with your order number, the email and the name that the item was placed under along with the new address. Address changes can be requested anytime as long as your order has not been shipped out.
The newly launched rework products will be automatically removed from the shelves before the next launching of product (Launching period varies from 14 days to 60 days, please follow the social media account for launching information).
Products removed from the shelves cannot be normally ordered via the website. Customer who wants to purchase the products removed from the shelves, please contact the customer service. Purchasing the products removed from the shelves will take one or two more weeks for manufacturing than ordinary products.
Machine wash is ok, wash on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water only, washing bag is preferable. Tumble dry on a low-speed setting. Please turn the item inside out when washing.
