We started out by hand-making clothes for friends and family. We’ve since grown into a successful online business, with a loyal following of customers who appreciate our unique designs. We take pride in offering high-quality, stylish clothing at affordable prices.

Made by Air team is passionate about fashion and takes great care in selecting the perfect fabrics and trims for each garment. We also offer custom sneaker designs and sportswear. Each item is made-to-order please allow up to 3-5 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information on the pre-order item. We have a small number of “ready to ship” stock items in each drop. For orders that are In Stock, please allow 2-4 business days for the item to ship. Please check title《Ready to ship》or《Pre-order》when placing an order. 

For standard shipping within Australia, orders will be received within 3-7 business days. For express shipping, orders are normally received within 5 business days. At the moment we ship Australia only, The International shipping is about to start soon, Please stay tuned for future announcements.     

Domestic orders are shipped by Australia Post and we’ll send you the tracking number and link as soon as it is available.

Each item is 100% hand-made specifically for the order. We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty (please be aware 100% handmade products may have minor defects however we guarantee it won’t affect the style and shape of clothing). Our team checks every single product carefully and takes pictures of them as a record before shipping.  

For changes of mind or incorrect sizes, we unfortunately cannot provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us through the Contact page if you have any other order issues.
